I’ve known about this site for a while, but I am just now getting around to adding it to my links page and announcing it here. The website is www.saltnpepa.info and came to my attention back in March or so. I was hoping somebody could give me some information regarding this site. It has very little content, and the bio is copied from somewhere else, so I don’t think it is an official site. It also features Push It playing in the background, probably against fair use policies. Not to mention the .info address. Who has a .info address? I didn’t even know that existed. It appears that somebody started working on this, but abandoned the project unfinished, as there is so little content. I was just wondering, for my own curiosity, if anybody knows who is behind this, why it hasn’t been finished or even updated for months, and the like. That is all. There it is.

I got a statement in my email today from somebody at the Logo network regarding Pep’s show Let’s Talk About Pep.  This is what Emily has to say:

I added a new date to the tour schedule. The ladies will be in London at the South West Four festival in London. The festival runs the 28th and 29th of August. SNP play on the 29th, but the lineup for the who festival is F’ING FIRE! Other performers include the legendary John Digweed and Paul Oakenfold. There hasn’t been much going on with SNP lately apparently, thus the lack of recent updates. I ran across this video on youtube and thought it was entertaining and wanted to share it.

Sorry I haven’t exactly stayed on top of keeping the tour schedule up to date. SNP have shows scheduled in Chicago on Friday, June 25 at the Taste of Chicago festival at Grant Park and in Hawaii on Saturday, June 19 at the now seemingly annual Ladies of the 80s show. Anybody know of any dates I’ve missed? I’ll check around and update the tour schedule soon.
